New Heslin Exhibit
We are thrilled to announce the back bedroom at the Heslin House was permanently opened to the public beginning Saturday January 21st. The Heslin Family furniture, including a bed, dresser, and wardrobe, are arranged in the room. Quilts, blankets, apparell, hats and shoes from several families are also on exhibit. I soon discovered that some local people were still interested in getting a copy of my dad’s little book “A History of Fairview”. I received personal contacts and people occasionally stopped at the Fairview City Hall inquiring about the availability of them there. (They had one on display there.) Alas, there were no copies left
